Running changed my life.

What started in my mid-40s as a personal
challenge quickly became a deep obsession
with human performance and the
science of running.

I immersed myself in the philosophies of
legendary coaches, studied sports physiology,
and explored every proven method for
building endurance and speed.

Along the way, I became a certified Distance
Running Coach through RRCA, and began
coaching and designing training plans tailored
for runners over 40 to help them maximize
performance while respecting the realities
of aging, recovery, and busy lives.

I’m also living proof of what’s possible as
a late-starting runner who only took
running seriously at 45.
At 47, I ran a sub-20 minute 5K,
a 40 minute 10k and a 3:05 marathon.
I’ve also ran a 100K and a 100-mile ultramarathon.

These experiences not only shaped
my own journey, but also inform how
I design training that balances ambition
with sustainability.

What sets my approach apart is the balance
of designing precision training to
maximise return on every run.

My mission is simple: to help late-starting
runners unlock results they once believed
were beyond their reach.

Whether that’s setting a personal record,
completing a marathon, or running farther
than ever before, every plan I create is
grounded in science, precision, and efficiency.

Every training plan is personally written,
designed and tested by me.
